Terms of Use

1. What Kallo Care is

Kallo Care is an app to send reminders as a call (Care mode), video, voice or text messages to family and friends (Moments mode) and announcements from a channel to its followers (Broadcast mode). By using the app or the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Not an emergency service

Kallo Care is a helper for daily routines. Reminders, help requests and location depend on the phone being on, charged, online and with permissions granted, and may be delayed or fail. It does not replace medical care, caregivers or emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Your account

• To send messages or create a channel you sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what happens in it.
• Only invite and follow people who agreed to it. Location and help requests in Care mode only work with the receiver's permission.
• You can delete your account and all your data at any time in the app (Menu > Delete my account).

4. Content rules (all modes, especially Broadcast)

You are responsible for what you send. You may not use Kallo Care to send or promote:

• scams, fraud, deceptive money requests, malicious links or impersonation;
• hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats or incitement to violence;
• sexually explicit content; and any content that sexualizes minors (it will be removed and reported to the authorities);
• shocking violent content, encouragement of self-harm, illegal drugs or weapons;
• spam, misleading advertising or content that infringes others' copyright or image rights;
• anything illegal in Brazil or in the receiver's country.

5. Reports and moderation

• Followers can report a channel in the app (⋮ > Report channel) and unfollow it right away. You can also write to contato@kallocare.com.br.
• We review reports. A channel reported by several different people is automatically suspended until reviewed: it cannot send new announcements or gain followers.
• We may remove content and suspend or close channels and accounts that break these terms.

6. Plans and payments

• Basic use is free, with the limits shown in the app (Menu > My plan). Receivers never pay.
• Paid plans (Family and Broadcast) are subscriptions billed by Google Play that renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's rules.
• Prices may change; changes apply from the next renewal and Google Play notifies you in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the service running, but it is provided as is and may have interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user content or for losses caused by delivery delays or failures.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the version in force, and important changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Questions: contato@kallocare.com.br.
